About Robin H. Hickerson

Dr. Robin Hickerson has spent 31 years as a public school educator. Dr. Hickerson was named Arkansas Middle Level Principal of the Year in 2007 after being named campus teacher of the year early in her career. She is a National Distinguished Principal, and in 2009 she received the Distinguished Alumni Award from TAMU-T. Under her leadership as principal of College Hill Middle School, the campus received the prestigious Shannon Wright Award for outstanding middle school in Arkansas. She is currently serving as an assistant superintendent and oversees human resources, secondary schools, and curriculum and instruction for the District. In addition to serving on several community and non-profit boards, Dr. Hickerson is teaching as adjunct faculty at a local university. Robin recently earned a doctoral degree from TAMU-T. Her research focused on the concepts of workplace bullying, school culture, and job satisfaction.
